In this episode of my Lorenzo's Music Podcast, I meet Jason Erb, who is behind the music project Velcro Mary.

Jason shares the origins of his unique band name and reflects on his evolution as a musician, from recording on four-track cassette tapes to his recent foray into remixing his earlier works. We talk about influences that shaped his sound, including grunge icons like Nirvana and the lo-fi aesthetic of the early '90s. Jason opens up about the challenges of finding his musical identity, especially as he juggles family life and his creative pursuits.

We also discuss his latest remix album, a project that allowed him to revisit and reimagine his past work with fresh techniques and insights gained over the years.

Still dealing with items.

I had to create a claim on the USPS website for the package in New York. And I had hoped I could ship my laptop from home but the return instructions said it had to be sent from the UPS facility.

Missing label.

When I took the label back to the post office he told me I need to bring my own tape to put it on the package next time. I'm hoping there won't be a next time.

Paint run.

A few years ago scheduling MRI's would consume our whole day . Now we were happy that we could just do something to help other people in some way. Even if it was just driving to get the paint they needed. And we did make it back in time for for Merijoy's appointment.
