Drawing a Halloween webcomic while listening to old-time radio horror stories

Having some fun in this short clip from the drawing session.

Drawing a Halloween-themed webcomic story

During the last weeks of October, I decided to switch my webcomic from doing stories about my real life and make a fictional Halloween-themed storyline.

I did this a few years back with a ghost story and really enjoyed it.

So I thought I would try it again and this time it's an alien invasion story.

I listen to old-time radio stories when I draw

To get in the mood for the story I thought I would listen to an episode of the old-time radio horror series Suspense.

But honestly, I usually listen to old horror radio programs when I draw so this really wasn't a stretch for me. 😁

Wanted to try out a new live stream drawing setup

I also wanted to test out a new live stream drawing setup I have.

I just got a new desktop podium for my Android tablet and wanted to try it out.

So I did a live video drawing my Halloween-themed alien invasion story while goofing along to an old-time radio episode of Suspense starring Cary Grant for about 30 minutes.

More messages.

I'm feeling much better about this show today. Now that I say that I hope I didn't jinx it.

Baby jacket.

I couldn't get the jacket to fit in case you were wondering.

Cartoons

She actually did jump and whack me when she remembered this. It was like Elaine from Seinfeld.

Road rage

Seriously, I saw no change in how she acts driving.
