On this episode of the podcast, I meet James Griffiths. James is a pottery artist living in Madison WI. James had started out working in retail but wanted to try making pottery full-time. We talk about how that transition to a full-time artist started and how James ended up opening their own pottery studio called The Kiln Shed in a space on Madison's east side!

December snow.

It's snowed a few times this year I don't know why this time felt different.

Still dealing with items.

I had to create a claim on the USPS website for the package in New York. And I had hoped I could ship my laptop from home but the return instructions said it had to be sent from the UPS facility.

Missing label.

When I took the label back to the post office he told me I need to bring my own tape to put it on the package next time. I'm hoping there won't be a next time.

Paint run.

A few years ago scheduling MRI's would consume our whole day . Now we were happy that we could just do something to help other people in some way. Even if it was just driving to get the paint they needed. And we did make it back in time for for Merijoy's appointment.
