I was told I was only briefly going to be kicked out of my train car studio space while they dug a new basement for a restaurant next door. That was over a year ago. This video is after a meeting we had in the spring where we were told construction was almost done and we should be back by June.
At the time of editing this video, it is now well into the winter and nothing had changed yet and we don't know when it will.
